Our oven, produced by an artisan kilnman,
ordered all the way from Italy

Made by a kilnman known as Stefano Ferrara. A unique, made-to-order oven with calculated heat distribution. For crisp pizza. il faro's firewood oven produces the most delicious of aromas to arouse your appetite. We carefully monitor our high-heat oven so that the pizzas are baked to perfection.
